I'll ask my local independent bookstore but I doubt they can get it - they can't get me things from Aqueduct Press any more as they used to. Will you have it anywhere that isn't Amazon? Even if they do start paying taxes, they still treat their workers terribly and drive real bookshops out of business. I want to pay by credit card, which handles the currency conversion, but I won't join Amazon (or Paypal - I tried to read their T&Cs once and my brain went on strike).

I basically had a choice of Amazon, and their terrible work policies and tax evasion, or Ingram, which is also apparently a huge McCorporation that screws bookstores left, right, and center. Give me a couple of weeks, and I'll see what I can work out.

I've been doing some research, and it seems like the book is rattling slowly through the catalog system. I was able to find it on Bookfinder, which gives me some hope. The ABEbooks entry should let you go through the ABEbooks purchase system for it, rather than Amazon -- and there's a US version and a UK version. My wife has been using ABEbooks for years and years and doesn't find their buying system horrible, at least. :}

Bookfinder might also be the place to look for (other book from a US small press that my local independent bookshop can't get). So that's an extra useful suggestion.
